Wonderful caring doc. Incompetent office manager.
Dr Mohan is wonderful. Dr Mohan's Office Manager is so rude, so incompetent, causes so much turmoil, is disliked by all the employees of business that fill patient prescriptions, those employees won't call the office to untangle what the office manager has failed to do correctly. Due to the ineffective and unpleasant office manager, I will be finding a new doc.

I love Dr. Mohan. I have been seeing her for 20 years. She is very caring and has great bedside manners. She is a wonderful doctor!

I was unable to get the 2 sleep studies performed after calling in late Nov of 2014 bc of their scheduled so I scheduled one in March of 2015. To shorten my story, I had to basically force Dr. Mohan personally to get me my CPAP by Nov 6, 2015 as I was having surgery and they required it. The staff is very friendly in the office, but the process was horrible and not very patient friendly. The reason for writing this review is that I JUST rec'd my $1070 bill from them today (2/9/16)and it's wrong.
