This woman is the nastiest rudes person i have ever spoke to as a firefighter trying to get back to work she argued with me, said sicknesses dont come from out of this air and wanted to know where I got it from. I said heck if i know maybe cuz im a firefighter and dont sleep idk. She then argued more and became agitated and kept interrupting me raising her voice and then abruptly hung up. She needs to be fired asap

Horrible, condescending manner and no treatment
Telehealth
Connected through insurance-provided telehealth care. Son was sick for 11 days with worsening symptoms, including pain deep in chest when he coughed. Paid $48 for her to tell me that coughs could hurt sometimes and I should use Day-Quil. Run far and fast from this one. I would give zero stars if possible.

Got my prescription
I saw Dr Mbonde though MDLive in VA. I was asking for malaria profalaxis as I will be traveling to a malaria area. She knew all the medications, we agreed on one, and the script was sent to the pharmacy. It was quick and easy.

I recently had a phone appointment with Dr. Mbonde. (It was my last option because it was impossible to get in to see anyone, even walk in clinincs were backed up because of COVID.) She was the rudest, nastiest person I have ever spoken too. She was snarky and condescending and should not be working with people at all, let alone be a Dr. !

Dr Mbonde was harsh, aggressive, and had absolutely no good bedside manner. We could hear her talking loudly at the desks about our situation, as could everyone else in the waiting room. She actually said outloud "I'm finished with them" as we dared to question her judgement and opinions. She did practically nothing to assist a young man in a lot of pain. Instead, she pushed so hard he was scared to even talk. Not the person you want to see if you're feeling sick or hurt.
