The worst experiences with a medical professional/office in my life. Been waiting 3 weeks without my medication for a prescription refill- she's unavailable and staff rarely answer the phones and never answer voicemails. Even with an appointment, I waited an hour in her lobby before I could be seen. I'm currently looking for a different doctor, please save yourself and avoid this practitioner.

The best things that I like is that Dr Grace is very compassionate. She listens intently. She is thorough with your medical history and answers your questions. The only concern I have is that she needs more office staff to handle phone calls. Because of the time she takes with each patient, there is usually a wait to see her. I have been a patient for over 12 years and have multiple medical issues. But it is well worth the wait.

My first meeting with the doctor was in the emergency room and the doctor was very kind to me, attentive and patient (I don't speak English very well). She prescribed me medicine that helped me with a severe cough with green mucus (at a time when my family doctor said it was a reflux cough). I remembered Dr. Grace Tee and immediately wanted her to be my primary care provider. On May 10, I had my first visit and I am very satisfied with it, because there is something to compare it with (with my previous primary care provider). A very kind administrator works in the office, who, despite my language level, helped me make an urgent appointment. I am very grateful to the person who takes the calls in this office. She also kindly helped me fill out the questionnaire. The doctor also listened to me carefully, took her time, did not rush me, prescribed the necessary referrals to specialists, examined my body where there are complaints. Dr Tee thoroughly explained the care and treatment to the patient, she takes time with the patient. She is very approachable and easy to talk to, including her secretary, Precious.

I have been trying to reach this office for over two months now. I've left several voicemails and called many times only to get no response. I called the "New Guest" number and all they cal do is transfer you to another phone line that doesn't work. Overall super frustrating. Honestly, don't even bother wasting your time! I wish I could give her no stars.

The wait to see Dr. Grace Tee can be a bit long, so take the day off, once you get back to her you'll understand why the wait can be long but VERY WELL WORTH IT! Let's face it we all make our doctor appointment for one thing that turns into many concerns. Dr.Tee&Precious make sure all your concerns are addressed&a plan of care is set into motion. -You must still do your part in the plan of care,they're not your Mom&Dad who do everything for you. Great Doctor! VERY HAPPY to have found her!

Does not return phone calls, pagers, does not check on patients in hospital, is never available, will only do just enough for minor cold, flu and such.

She is friendly, accommodating, listening to all your complain. Very understanding. She performed a thoarough check up and recommends a home remedy as well as medications.

She is excellent, professional, compassionate doctor.
