In pain? You don't need to be if you visit Dr. Graham Reimer and his assistant Justin in Santa Barbara. Caring, smiling, laughing is a good atmosphere for any patient. This is the best team of medical staff I have ever been around. Dr Reimer and Justin are always so busy but still always take the time to make me feel like I am their only patient. I will continue to be treated for pain with Dr. Reimer and Justin. They always treated me with tender loving care because they do care. I cannot begin to express my appreciation with the staff. From the front desk to the nurses and anesthesiologist each and everyone of them made my procedure as comfortable as they possibly could. Please forward my thanks to each and everyone of your staff. I am grateful that we have these quality providers so near to home. Thanks for being there

JUSTIN KAM is Dr. Reimer's assistant and after the nerve block procedure they did nothing for me, I asked JUSTIN KAM is he could get the doctor to prescribe so pain medication for me while they decide what procedure would be next. JUSTIN KAM suggested a number of different medications, all that I have taken before but do not work at all. I asked JUSTIN KAM for the pain medication that starts with V, because that does give me some relief. JUSTIN KAM immediately said no. When I began to ask questions to why not, JUSTIN KAM started to talk over me and said he wasn't even going to discuss it anymore. Then what is this drug made for? JUSTIN KAM is in the wrong field if he has little concern for the pain people are in. JUSTIN KAM needs to remember that he's working at a PAIN management center and should concentrate on giving pain relief when he has the means to do so. Dr. Reimer seems to be a nice doctor, but I won't return because of JUSTIN KAM.

He helped decrease my pain with the nerve block he did. From an 8 to a 4!! Totally changed my life!!
