Dr. McCauley was very warm and thorough. I felt very comfortable meeting him for the first time. He’s very easy to talk to as well!

I thought this doctor was pompous and unhelpful. He made snide remarks about my diet (vegetarian) and said that paleo was the most healthy way to live. I had to explain why I was vegetarian and he rolled his eyes and said what I was saying is not true. Maybe his antiquated research is failing him because red meat is, indeed, inflammatory. He also asked why I came to him if I already had a PCP, like I was wasting his precious time. This city is full of doctors who will listen to you, honor your personal choices, and won’t roll their eyes at you. Choose one of them. Not this one.

Dr. MacAulay has been my PCP for several years. I find to be diligent and thorough. His 'bedside manners' are calming and sincere. Although I recently relocated to FL, I travel to NYC to continue seeing him for physicals and routine care due to his professionalism and the trust I have in him.

Visited due to sugar spike. Wish I had read reviews before visiting, then I would have dressed to impress and boned up on the special diet he is into. I perceived a bias from first meeting, and did not recieve blood work info from this office (even though Quest Lab confirmed to me his office had the report on the day before he left for vacation) until 7 days later, two days after he had returned from vacation and only after I called. I was suffering and was told to find Endo.
