Admin is very frustrating
Very frustrating experience with admin. They asked for full payment on the day of my procedure, despite knowing they would be billing my insurance. I paid as requested because I had to meet my deductible. I later learned they got paid by my insurance and I asked them to refund my payment. They promised to send me a check and have even told me it's in the mail, but I have not received it. They rarely, if ever, answer phone calls so my communication is through the client portal. A very frustrating experience. I would avoid this provider.

Good experience. Anyone that has struggled with a kidney stone knows it is a condition that requires fast action. Dr. Redrow treated me fast and always expressed his intention of taking care of me promptly AND EFFECTIVELY. Will definitely go back if I ever need to.

Waited an hour to see Dr. Redrow first visit. Asked for the first appointment of the day for the second visit. Still waited an hour for the second appointment. Very mechanical.
