Dr. Grant Tippet, DDS

I endured having all 4 wisdom teeth removed without any sedation. Dr. Tippet staffed my case, (decided on sedation) 10 minutes prior to the start of the procedure despite me providing pre-op clearance paperwork 2 weeks prior to the appointment. This doctor is still a resident and has horrible bedside manners and didn't even come back at the end to discuss aftercare instructions. I was involuntarily crying and screaming and he talked down to me like he would to his child saying, "We don't allow screaming in here". It was MY FAULT for consenting to teeth removal without sedation, it was his fault for not finding a solution or recommending a different approach, like perhaps privately paying an anesthesiologist to do the procedure at Baylor or UT Southwestern. This doctor might be good at stitching up faces after gunshot wounds but he still has a long way to go when it comes to bedside manners. Total lack of EMPATHY or treating a fellow human being like a HUMAN.

Dr Tippet is amazing! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and compassionate to my five year old who fell and busted his face and bit completely through his bottom lip. Dr Tippet stitched him up quickly and spoke softly and was so gentle to my little guy. His kindness and gentle demeanor kept my son calm during what could have been a really traumatic experience. I'm so thankful we were able to receive care from Dr Tippet, I can't recommend him enough!
