The best doctor I've ever had.
I've been to several doctors trying to troubleshoot some chronic pain. Dr. Mynatt was very helpful in suggesting tests to run to find answers and did not immediately write off my concerns as opposed to past providers. Very knowledgeable, thorough, empathetic, and invested in helping his patients feel better. I will continue to see him as my pcp for as long as he's there.

Impersonal and doesn’t seem to care about patients
I was disappointed with my visit and will seek care elsewhere. I was turned off by poor customer service, a lack of care/compassion for patients, etc. I have since received a “second opinion” from someone else in Columbia who was much more knowledgeable and thorough and whose office was much better at communicating with patients.
