He abandoned his patients. I was one of them. It happened 9/18/19 in Oxnard at concentra. I waited two hours to see him. I was left sitting in a room gowned up, when an embarrassed medical assistant was left in the position by this doctor to come in and notify me that the Dr. Kasting left the facility. There was no emergency, just abandoned the waiting patients. This is at the very least unethical. I am in the medical field and would be found guilty of patient abandonment. This is not the behavior of a trusted medical professional, nor acceptable behavior of any human being from one to another.
