Very very difficult to get into the office to talk to live person. I have been put on hold for 30-40 minutes and even some times longer. I asked why takes so long. Answer was because of Covid. This was a problem before Covid. I have even considered changing to another office. Dr. Hurlbut is great doctor but front office needs help.

This Practice is not about patients!!! they are only about money. The billing department practice of not allowing a patient to see the Dr due to a billing issue is ridiculous and unprofessional. The patient care is average at best. its about money. I will make sure that if anyone ask who a good Dr is I will make sure they have mu opinion to never go to this practice. OUr healthcare system is pitiful because of practices like this. Pitiful

He is horrible with children - my child was very ill and he yelled at him and used a curse word because my child didn't want him to look in his ears (because they hurt) and was completely inappropriate. I don't care if he was having a bad day - you don't yell at a very sick child - and I felt trapped because we needed the antibiotics. I had to swear to my child he would never have to see him again - he was traumatized.
