The staff is not trained;
I have had two visits with Dr. Beeve, but in general, I have to say that his staff is not trained. The first time I went there, they confirmed my appointment. When I went there, they noticed the insurance did not cover when I had already given all the information when I asked for the appointment. I had called a day before the appointment to be sure everything was okay because I had new insurance. I called them to ask for a result of a blood test. I told them I was anticoagulated, and they asked me what it was. On the second visit, Dr. Beeve ordered an extremity test, and they gave me the wrong order. I had to call them back in order they fix it. When I called to ask for an order to check my anticoagulation, they asked me what other test 'I wanted'. I told them I did not choose what test I wanted; this is Dr. Beeve's job!

Cannot trust his advice
Dr Beeve has been my primary doctor for years, although I rarely see him as I am typically healthy. He is an OK doctor if you just need an occasional check up.I recently saw Dr Beeve after an accident, needing a referral to a back specialist for a broken vertebrae. He tried to prescribe me medicine for osteoporosis, even though I am a young, strong person. He also talked to me about surgery options that were completely out of his expertise. I got the impression that he googled 'compression fracture' and was basically trying to treat me with information he found online. I ended up finding a back specialist and made a full recovery with PT, no surgery and no unnecessary meds.Also, his staff is friendly but has poor organization and no follow up.I will be looking for a new doctor. I need one that I can trust if I really need it.

He’s a good listener and helped resolve our issues
On our last Dr visit he was running behind due to patient overload that day and still took the time to address our issues in a calm and timely manner. Dr Beeve has been able to solve issues with my husband getting a replacement for his defective c-pap that was recalled in a timely manner. He also helped in filling out my papers in excusing me from jury duty and my health struggles. His assistant with the procedures that day was also very pleasant and complimentary about how young I looked for my age which put me at ease during my EKG monitoring amongst the busy office day in progress.

Dr.Beeve used to be the best doctor. He used care, AND follow up. Now you will be lucky if you can even make an appointment. The staff is uncaring, and make you feel like you are bothering them. Prescription refills take at least 2 weeks. I left a 5 star rating years ago, now it's hard to even leave a 1 star rating. I want the old Dr.Beeve back.

Awful service
Forget ever getting a refill on time. It just doesn't happen with Dr. Beeve. Doesn't matter if you call days ahead, his incompetence is constant.

The staff is friendly, but entirely incompetent. I had a doctor's visit several weeks ago and the doctor said he sent my prescription to the pharmacy electronically. When I went to pick it up, they had never received anything. I called the doctor's office, and the assistant told me he "needed to approve" and they would send it later that day (no idea why he had to "approve" his own prescription!). Once again, this never happened. I sent an email to the office a few days later. They said they would take care of it... they never did. I have now called the 3 additional times since then, each time they swear they will do it that same day... it has still never been done, almost a full month later!!!

Very mediocre. I went to him for a very simple, common problem, and he was completely perplexed. He fakes a good bedside manner, but it is quickly apparent he's not really listening or interested. His staff is a nightmare. Very unprofessional and condescending

I found Dr. Beeve through the FAA medical portal and used him as my FAA aviation medical examiner (AME) to obtain a third class medical. None of the vision test conducted were per FAA medical standards. Dr. Beeve himself, has a very dry personality and a lack of dialogue between doctor and patient was missing. I called his office a couple of weeks latter and spoke with Ashely (his assistant) to find out about my medical status. She was extremely rude to me!! If your a pilot do not use this AME!!

I am a pilot and I needed an FAA certified AME (Aeronautical Medical Examiner) to renew my medical. I found Dr. Beeve via the FAA website and chose him since he was so close to my home. I read the reviews about his reception staff. I usually ignore dumb reviews that are angry but I couldn't believe how rude they were to me. I was so nice and in the end I didn't end up seeing the doctor. They told me to go somewhere else because I was literally 2 minutes late and asking for directions. RUDE!

The doctor is nice and seems genuinely happy to help his patients in person but once you leave the office you are soooo not a priority to them anymore. unfortunately his nurse, Ashley and receptionists have such a horrible attitude that it makes it not worth it to see this doctor. His nurses and him have no communication and my prescriptions have been wrong for the past few months. i could never recomend him unless it's a last minute emergency because they take clients w no insurance.

Seemed uninterested in helping to resolve chronic pain issue discussed at last appointment -- an issue that began as a reaction to one of his prescriptions a year ago.
