2nd Knee Surgery
I have had my right knee and left knee repaired by Dr. Bigler. One in 2010 and the other in 2023. Awesome experience beginning to end. Appointment with the Dr were always informative and answered all my questions. Both surgeries went well and this last time I did PT in the same building. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Bigler is one of the best in the Country. Highly recommend.

I can recommend without any hesitation.
Dr Bigler was able to accurately diagnose my problem and quickly schedule corrective surgery. The procedure went very well. I don't know how it could possibly be improved because it was great. Honestly, I was scared and thought I would be disabled for recovery period. I was wrong. I could stand without pain and begin walking immediately after surgery. Of course there was stiffness and soreness in the joint, but I could stand pain free, Here I am 5 weeks post surgical and i am almost perfectly healed. Still a small amount of tenderness to the touch in the incision area, but walking and standing without pain. How cool is that???

Great Dr.
I had Right shoulder rotator cuff surgery. Dr Bigler did a complete repair for my shoulder. The professionalism in his practice is the best I have ever experienced in Las Vegas. The surgery center and physical therapy in the same building is excellent.

Excellent surgeon and I know as I have had two previous surgeries that did not go one third as well as the one performed by Dr. Bigler. I would refer him immediately if ever asked.

I don't like waiting but the time he spent with me was direct and honest. He offered me "options" regarding sore shoulder and thankfully I may be able to get by without surgery. I'm glad he doesn't waste his time and mine discussing the weather, my vacations, etc.

I had to wait 2 hours to see Dr. Bigler. When I saw him he did a complete exam, X-ray and ordered MRI. When I went back after the MRI again had to wait over an hour. He never showed me the MRI or X-ray but said I needed surgery and physical therapy wouldn’t help. My insurance denied the surgery as it wasn’t necessary so I went to another doctor for a second opinion which I am so glad I did. I’m now in physical therapy getting better. The new doc was stuff in MRI Dr Bigler missed.

Dr. Bigler has performed a complete knee replacement. This was about nine years ago and it has not given me any problems since the surgery. He also performed an arthroscopic surgery on the other knee just last year. He gave me options and outcomes on each of the options. I trusted his knowledge. He is the best!

Since we are here in Las Vegas almost everything you do here is a gamble. However, when it comes to an Orthopedic Doctor I will always put my money down on Dr. Bigler. He listened to my complaint about my knee and after doing a couple of quick tests and palpating the joint he offered me the quickest, simply procedure to fix it. He did not push me into a Cadillac solution but a 4 wheel drive Jeep that will get me around for many years to come. I'm old but don't sit still. Thanks Dr. Bigler,

Dr. Bigler has been my doctor for over 8 years and is extremely professional, direct and personable. I would recommend him to anyone with any issues with knees (as that is all I have see him for). He performed my total knee replacement and it went great. I would tell anyone to go ahead an do it... No recovery problems and the pain is basically non-existent in my knee. I will not hesitate to do the other one when the time comes.

I was told about Dr. Bigler by several friends & fellow hikers after I tore my left rotator cuff (acute tear) as a result of a hiking accident. After the initial consultation, I felt I was in great hands and decided to have him perform the surgery, which went flawlessly and with no complications. Follow-up visits and rehab were also fantastic. My shoulder is fully healed and 100%. Dr. Bigler is very knowledgeable, soft-spoken, and accommodating. I would highly recommend him.
