THE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE.
I never was able to make a appt with him because his office staff stated i had to seea different Dr that was in that office. The office policy is when you go to the emergency room the Dr that is on call that night is who you get and you do not have a chose. The Dr that was on call did not come to the hospital or did the emergency room Dr need to contact him. It is unbelievable to me that you can't make a appt with a Dr there that you want to see. The office staff are rude and make you feel like you are not important.

Rude and unprofessional
He was very rude to my elderly father who has early-stage dementia. You would think that someone who regularly deals with elderly patients would know how to treat older adults with basic decency.
