President's Day is a good day for an eye appointment! Everything was faster and even more pleasant than usual, for parking, check-in, and all eye tests. Dr Cowan was his usual professional, easygoing self, very comfortable to speak with: clear instructions, clear explanations. I fully trust this doctor with our family's vision care, we've been his patients for many years. His staff are excellent, the clinic is ship-shape.

Emergency out of town
I’m dealing with imminent death in my family and got an eye infection. I’ve been seeing Dr Cowan for quite a while, always for the same issues. Even in extreme emergency the office wouldn’t help me out. They make decisions for him. He may have said no as well but they didn’t even try to ask him. They gave me no option of telehealth appointment. If I can’t count on my doctor, I clearly need to find another who is more empathetic.
