Dr. Gregory Czer, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Czer for 2 years. Before that he wad my dad's PCP for 20 years. I have always been seen on time and have nothing but praise for the care I have received.

First my most chief complaint is that Dr. Czer is my doctor and is never ever available and I'm always forced to see someone else in the office. My second complaint is the front desk people refuse to do their job. They don't actively check faxes until you call and bother them. They also don't check for electronic referral recommendations from other doctors that your PC needs to sign off on. My third complaint is their phone system which does not tell you what hours this office is actually open or when lunch is or what holidays they're taking off. It's a miracle #1 when you get to speak with a human and a second miracle when they finally decide to do their actual job. I'm leaving this office in 2022. I'm tired of this for 3 years.

Doctor Czer is awesome!

I've had a lot of doctors but I had a horrible experience with Dr. Czer he shows no consideration for his patients and seems to rush them out. He made it seem as if I was lying when I corrected him about my eating habits. When I see him I don't feel like he is actually listening to you I don't recommend this doctor to anyone.
