I have had the worst experience1 at time I went I waited 4 hrs there disorganized the staff rushes doctor did not ask anything just said come back next week I was lost I have never been to an office so crazy . I went again today he looked at me pulled up my shirt without permission and lifted my leg and talked to the nurse prescribed medicine that i am sure won’t work did not sit down to talk he was rushing to give people shots that he clearly gets lots of money for so I was not important I told him what I use he gave me something different he does not take time with patients he is only concern with those who take the shot because he gets 1500 per patients he’ has no respect when he tries to lift my shirt up while I am sitting talking to a gentleman who is taking orders from him .. the staff has attitude all the time . He’s the worst doctor I have ever meet ..

When I first met Dr. Emili he hugged me and my mother. On my second appointment he asked me what I was doing there and acted like he was doing me a favor by seeing me. It's been over a month and he has yet to call my refill prescriptions in which is effecting my heart. Don't go to this doctor. I'm changing PCP asap.

The nurse practitioner is horrible rude and very disrespectful in person and over the phone she needs her license taken I will be calling the new state of health on this office. It’s nasty they don’t do there job they have no reason to be open. Bathroom is nasty

My medication was cut because I refuse to take an injection in my back which caused me complications a few months ago. I now have nerve damage in my foot. After receiving that first injection from him I had to go to urgent care to be cared for. I was in his office on October 13th, today is October 19th and I still have not received medications because they refuse to put it in the portal to be approved by the insurance company. And it's safe to say I will not be returning to him.

I’ve been a patient for a while now. I suffered with chronic pain for years and under a different doctors service it took us five years to get a working dosage for my meds. From day one he was like we have to reduce the meds here. When I explained what it took to get me there he backed off for a bit. Suddenly last visit he tells me that the DEA came to complain about the dosage of meds they were prescribing me. Then he reduced ALL my meds by half & increased the time between doses!

Receptionists at spring valley office do not understand English very well. Extremely hard to get any help from anyone. I was given the incorrect medication and medication i couldn't afford and then was told i needed an appointment to correct it... but would have to wait another week for that appointment. Mean While im in pain and suffering but have to wait a week for someone elses mistake?

I felt completely helpless when I left this office. This was my first time ever seeing a pain management doctor. The office in spring valley is disgusting and the office staff are incompetent and unprofessional. The medical assistant did not even know how to take blood pressure. The "lab" area where they drew my blood was so nasty it smelled like something died in the fridge. Dr. Emili entered the room had his back towards me the entire time during my appt. He talked over me and did not listen.

I waited 6 hours,. I am disabled, in pain & sr. citizen. After 6 hr wait, I saw an asst of. Emili, he left me in waiting rm another 30 min. I was told Emili was cutting my prescription in half and lowering my doses w/out Emili even seeing me. I have been on these meds for 7 yrs. When I went to pharmacy they told me my prescription could be released for 7 days due to the fact they wrote up my prescription incorrectly. So I sit here sick & in pain due to incompetence.

dr Emili is one of the best caring physicians the i have , he take his time and answer my questions ,i was able to follow his directions and today i can live a regular life . I was refer to him throught my primary care and i will allways be thanks to my dr.
