Dr. Gregory Gibson, MD

Dr Gibson was the first doctor to ever go over my tests line per line he tell you what was normal and if each one of yours are normal he take time with his patients I loved that about home he’s an awesome doctor I will always consider him a friend waiting to see where he’s moving his practice to if not to far I am on board with him

Very caring and thorough doctor. Genuinely devoted to helping patients. Treats you like a person and not a "financial opportunity" for the practice or a "project." He listens and works to find solutions to your problems as well as employs proactive measures to get ahead of potential issues. I am very happy to have him as a doctor and recommend him to the highest degree.

I had an appointment on 11/29/2020. The office was open but empty and patients medical record were sitting out on the reception desk. On 11/02/2020 I called to speak with the office manager. I was told they were unavailable and the office would have them call me later. I never received a call back. On, 11/12/2020, I called and asked to speak with Dr. Gibson. I was told to leave message on his voice mail and asked him to contact me. I received no call back. On 11/14/2020, I received a letter stating that I had missed my appointment. I did not. I was there. they were not. On 11/25/2020 I wrote a letter to Dr. Gibson explaining my concerns on unprofessional treatment and security. As of 12/19/2020 have received no communication from Dr. Gibson or Southern Gastro I m greatly concerned that my and other patient’s personal information was left lying lying on a desk in an empty office. I deserve an explanation, yet they made no effort to contact me or give any explanation.

I love Dr. Gibson. I have been seeing him for 20 years. If you want a doctor who cares and listens then look no further because he is awesome. I always recommend Dr. Gibson. When my dad was very sick and in the waiting room Dr. Gibson walked by and stopped and was concerned why I was there. When I told him he took charge and seen my dad immediately and admitted him to the hospital. He stops to see his patients if he sees you. Most physicians do not even remember you let alone stop and chat
