I asked for yearly physical, he turned it into a office visit and after years of having my tests being able to be tracked and and easily compared he ordered a weird mix and omitted tests that were part of my yearly physical, very disappointing. Had PSA Test every year but that was not requested.

dr haase is a totally beautifull and fine physician ...he has taken care of me for 25 years. because doctor haase takes good care of himself, he has inspired me to do likewise and get in shape. i remember well when dr haase and i ran races mostly sponsored by running etc, etc ....5k and 4 mile races ...dr haase would finish way ahead of me, and he would then be at the finish line, yelling "finish strong, steve, finish strong .. dr haase has been on the faculty of eastern via medical schoo
