You can tell a lot about a health care professional from his/her staff, and the mood of the office. Dr Hill's office was full of smiling, relaxed staff. They did a thorough preliminary exam, and my impression was they enjoyed their work. Dr HIll was a good listener, and provided me with a great deal of useful information. I highly recommend him.

There’s about 20 nurses, 1 nurse practitioner and only one doctor-Dr Hill. When we finally got to talk to him, he spoke to my elderly father like he wasn’t even present. Zero compassion and just walks out. They offer exam rooms to wait in...send you back and forth to crowded waiting room. When ppl were called, others around them clapped, the wait was insanity!!!

I had cataracts in both eyes removed. I am very happy with the results. Everything was on time, went smoothly and directions for before and after care were explained thoroughly.

Dr. Hill is the best! Skilled, caring, professional in every way. I had cataract surgery on both eyes, a month apart, and had amazing results! Surgeries were quick (10-15 minutes) and results were even better than I expected. No pain. I am seeing very clearly - colors are bright, distance and near are sharp, and no more contacts or glasses! I recommend Dr. Hill to anyone looking for an excellent ophthalmologist. He even called me at home after the surgery asking if I was doing all right!

Dr Hill is professional, courteous, and available. I had put off cataract surgery for a long time. Dr Hill's skill and manner let me be comfortable with finally going ahead with the procedure. He was available for the little bumps I experienced post op, and never put me off, or made me feel I was making too big a deal about my concerns. Not only can I see so much better now, I am one of the lucky ones that does not need to wear glasses. I wish I had done this much earlier. Thank you, Dr Hill.

I was very pleased with the care I got from Dr. Hill. I would highly recommend Dr. Hill to friends and family. He did have a shortness about him in the office. Not much of a talker when asked a question or gives any info on what might need to be done. Most of the info is very well in writing given to me. He does not ask if you have any questions or explains the procedure of what will be done.

While satisfied with annual examinations coordinated with my primary doctor because of diabetes, I am even more satisfied after Dr. Gregory Hill performed cataract surgery on my eyes. Prior to surgery, I was watching TV with my bifocals and twisting my head so I could see through the lens center part for a better view. After cataract surgery, and the Toric Lens Dr. Hill implanted, I can watch TV and read the morning newspaper without glasses!

Dr Hill did both my eyes for cateract surgery! He's the best....I mean "THE BEST!" My vision is fantastic! Dr Hill was so professional, and very kind! He even called my home the evening after my surgery to check on me and see how I was doing, and if I had any questions! It relieved my anxiety! I recommend Dr Hill to everyone I see and tell them how great he is! Thank you Dr Hill....because of you, now I see the world in clear and bright colors!!??????????

My care and subsequent cataract surgery was very successful. Dr Hill was pleasant and professional at all times. I will recommend Hill Vision Services to anybody that needs any eye surgery.

Dr. Hill has consistently done thorough eye exams and tracked my cataract growth in both eyes. I am very pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness, and that of his office staff. 2 1/2 weeks ago he performed cataract surgery with laser-assisted astigmatic correction in my left eye, and 1 week ago in my right eye. I am so thrilled with the results!! 5 days after my second surgery I am seeing 20/20 in both eyes!! I need glasses for reading, but could not be happier with the results.

Ran on time (slight wait between tests and seeing Dr. Hill), staff was friendly, and Dr. Hill gave an explanation in a way I could understand.

No one should have to wait over 30 min for a doc. The office was only open for 3 hours and they were 1 hour behind. I have to take off work for visits. I do not have the luxury to wait like that. I was there for my sick wife and waited for close to a hour before giving up. I feel like doctors do not show consideration to the patient like they should. The staff should have a obligation to inform the patient about the delay before taking their money. I hope things at this office change
