He treated my wife for mental illness some 17 years ago. I was never able to hear any information from him regarding her care, her diagnosis, what medications she was receiving while admitted and why. On more than one occasion she was admitted to the metal health floor at Baptist Hospital in LR. I made several attempts to learn more so I could know how to help her when she was released. He never returned my calls for help. She committed suicide. If my wife had broken her arm, her physician would have talk with both of us on her treatment and recovery. Treating and caring for patients and families of mental illness has a long way to go. Dr Kaczenski could have done more for my wife and our family.

Dr Kaczenski, this is Terry, Adam's mother. We so miss you! If anyone has any doubts, this is the best psychiatric doctor ever. We sure wish he would come back to Arkansas.

Dr. Kaczenski, this is Victoria Ray former client in little Rock, Ar. You are the best Dr. Ever, since you left, I can't find a doctor that is as caring as you. I wish you were still in Ar. Your Staff was the best.

Awful. Offers no logical opinion on what might be happening, but subscribes the most expensive drug on the market( latuda, I would make an educated guess that since the drugs release that he has prescribed 75% of his clients with it) for reasons that are unknown. I'm not sure how he is able to sustain clientale , his staff is ok but in my opinion unqualified and his personal communication skills are at best mediocre. I would suggest going elsewhere and I regret ever going to see him.
