Dr. Gregory Leach, MD

We were first time ever walk ins to Advance medical for exasperations of lung issues. Dr Leach is excellent in caring and diagnosing. Everything taken care of in one visit. And Dr Leach’s treatment worked so much like magic. I being a RN myself was totally impressed, as was my partner the patient. We both rate him a five star primary care Doc. and look with enthusiasm to our follow up appointment.

Avoid at all costs. Worst Dr I ever seen. Very selfish self centered people working there.

We are from the UK and as such, we were visiting Naples, this clinic overall, is a terrible presentation of the pitfalls of becoming ill in Naples. Everyone needs to make a living, but when medical care becomes nothing but obtaining as much money as you can get away with, sadly, true medical care and integrity goes out of the window! We were seemingly, deliberately misled re: the fees and unnecessary tests were carried out. Generally, the Dr and staff displayed an arrogant, dismissive / “couldn’t care less” attitude. When we complained, there was no mediation, attempt to rectify the situation, or even as little as a simple apology. Specifically, we were told that the practitioner was “busy” and so forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy, 3 hours after our visit. The Dr’s “generous offering” was to tell us that he was busy and so forgot that the clinic had a pharmacy on sight, his sudden recall meant that he would generously give us the medication right there and then… wow!!!

One stop shop for most issues

Was not too happy with the doctor: always in a hurry, did not take enough time to explain the conditions. The real trouble with scheduling. They try to combine the Walk in people and the established patients! And you have to wait forever! And never can get the appointment when you really need it. Much stress!! Had to change the doctor

He is my doctor the last seven years and has provided health care services that have brought me to a very healthy lifestyle. The office staff is excellent too. I consider them part of my family.

Dr.Leach will give you a very uneasy feeling if you’re overweight, and prepare to be spoken to like you are less of a human being for it. He referred me to a cardiologist for low EF, and that when my stats improved he would clear me for a work transfer. I ultimately went to two cardiologists of which both had cleared me, but when returning to Leach my heart was no longer the concern for him, my weight was. Mind you I had dropped 50 lbs since the initial visit, yet he proceeded to belittle me and compare me to a drug addict for my weight, though this was not the concern he broached prior. After rambling on he told me to lose more weight and dismissed every question and concern I had. Showed a lack of empathy. Avoid this doctor, he will present himself with his chest hair exposed and not even look at your chart before he interrogates you. Very unprofessional. I’m all about being in good shape and living a good, healthy life, but this man is a sad excuse for a doctor.

Dr Leach is an excellent dr. He listens to all my concerns. His staff is amazing. Naples is fortunate to have a Dr of his caliber

If you have to wait to see him, it’s because he is providing another patient with exactly the quality of care and time he will give to you. Highly, highly recommend.

My experience with Dr Leach and his staff was nothing less than perfect. Dr. spent 45 minutes with us, asking relevant questions and providing intelligent answers. He discontinued some of my meds and tweaked others. I am new to Naples and have interviewed several doctors looking for a well trained medical doctor, and am very happy to have found one. I had a real debacle when I went to Advanced Medical. It took 3 hours to get a physical due to one mess up after. But the final issue was that they charged me for an outpatient visit rather than a physical because the dr. renewed annual prescriptions. So I had to pay a copay, which I have never paid before moving to Naples. It seems that drs. have found a way to get more insurance money for an annual physical. Sounds shady and unprofessional to me, as well as many others I described the situation to on Nextdoor. Apparently this is a common practice in this area.

Horrible experience with this practice! I filed a grievance against them with BCBS!! I was contacted by this practice to have my routine thyroid test performed. I am feeling great and have no medical issues. The staff wanted me to have these tests performed which have nothing to do with my thyroid. When I politely declined and indicated that I would like to discuss these tests first with the doctor, the male nurse became very aggressive and agitated with me. I was very uncomfortable and decided to leave after 2 hours because it was quite clear that either I have these tests performed or I would not see the doctor!!!

DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC, AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

I absolutely recommends Dr Leach and his entire TEAM to take great care with your needs. Best doctor ????? I've had! For all my emergencies, this place is my go to. Since 2001. Very friendly staff and you can be sure you are being treated with care and concerns. Dr. Leach has been my family doctor for more than 25 years. He also sees my husband, my mom and dad too. His diagnosis has been right on the money every single visit and his compassionate nature brews confidence and great affection.

I have being coming to Dr. Leach's office for over a year now. Always excellent, quality care that is very personable at the same time. I have personally met Dr. Leach and was impressed with his expertise. His stuff is impeccable, well trained and always professional. Every one always smiles at his office...so it doe snot even feel like you are being treated by the doctor. It feels like a family when I go inside.
