'Accepting New Patients is a lie'
I waited 2 months to see Dr. McCarroll. 2 weeks before my appointment, their office called me to let me know he won't be in the office the day I scheduled. I asked to reschedule me and the office could offer me April as the earliest window to see him. Do not say you are accepting new patients and then make them wait 4 plus months to get an appointment.

I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They have been able to work me in for same day appointments twice when needed. I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment in the waiting room. Dr. McCarroll spends a lot of time with me as a patient, something that I have not received from a doctor in my last 10 years of appointments with other doctors.

My husband and I became Dr. McCarroll patients a couple of years ago, we are so blessed to have him as our physician. He is very patient and listens very closely with our concerns, my husband tells everyone his Dr. is an excellent Dr...... his staff is great too

He has been my physician for 25 yrs! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. McCarroll is kind, gentle , thoughtful, & takes his time with each & every patient. In all these years, I’ve NEVER seen him lose his cool. I trust him Completely & refer others to him frequently. I am an RN/ Occ Health Nurse & have sent numerous employees to him over the years. I wish every person could have a physician like Dr Mc Carroll . Healthcare would be so much better.!!!
