I have two children with cystic fibrosis that were followed by Dr Montgomery since the birth of my first child 12 years ago. He has a good bedside manner and a very balanced approach at medicine. He shows respect for families and values their concerns and input. You truly feel like it's a team effort. There are not many people that I trust to have my childrens' best interests at heart but I absolutely trust him and my children do too. We got lucky when we were assigned to him to be their pulmonary doctor. I can not recommend him enough.

After four doctors said my toddler needed surgery, doc Montgomery came in and sent us home with a nasal spray that did absolutely nothing for my son! He didn't bother watching the two min video of my son breathing at night when it was suggested. My two year was struggling to breath due to very large tonsils and I all but begged for the surgery. The doc was also supposed to order a sleep test. That didn't get done either. I am not at all impressed.

My son was a new pt to Dr. Montgomery a few days ago, and Riley hospital is huge so we had trouble finding the office. With help from one of his office staff, we found the office. We ended up being 25 minutes late!! However, the staff was very accommodating, and Dr. Montgomery still graciously saw my son. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about my sons condition. He makes it make sense. I haven't met such a pleasant physician in quite some time. I highly recommend him!!!!
