Dr. Mowery
Very sad. I was hoping to finally be able to breathe normal and get the turbinate reduction done. I was ushed out for the clinic in less than 10 minutes and this was my surgery day. he said he couldn't do it and which was weird due to the fact that my NP said I was good candidate for that type of procedure. I never met Dr,Mowery prior to surgery date.

Great Experiences with Dr. Mowery
Dr. Mowery has done sinus surgery on me. I have seen him multiple times as well. Dr. Mowery and his staff have been extremely helpful to me. I appreciate his thoroughness and clarity when explaining conditions, his recommended treatments, and the way he involves me in decisions about my care. Based on my experiences, I would recommend Dr. Mowery to anyone needing an ENT doctor.

The Worst
The worst medical person my family has ever dealt with. Rude and dismissive during the entire visit. Do not trust him with my kids.

Great And Brief Explanation.
Went to see Dr. Mowery for the first time and he was extremely knowledgeable in my condition based on what he saw and my symptoms. I like his approach and would recommend for others who are looking for a provider whom will listen and answer questions.

Dismissive, rushed
We were disappointed in this visit. We were rushed, didn't feel like our concerns were heard or questions answered. I would not recommend or see this doctor again.

I never got to see Dr. Mowery so I can't really give him a review, but the office staff was disappointing. I had originally made an appointment on a Wednesday for the Nashville location and called back same day to change the appointment to the next day and they did. What found out when I showed up to my appointment (three weeks later) is that he is only at the Nashville location on Wednesdays. I said, "Oh I wasn't aware of that", and one of the receptionists said, "I'm sure I told you that," and I said no you didn't that's why I'm here. They were very defensive and kept telling me it was my fault not theirs. Not one apology or anything to make me want to come back. Oh, and they took my copayment via online before the appointment and it still have not been refunded. They don't even deserve a one star.

He's one of the best, without question. I saw him today to discuss what I alway thought were sinus headaches. He looks at the evidence, asks a lot of question, and clearly explains why he's come to his conclusion, as well as giving an indication of how certain or uncertain he is. The first thing he asked me today was what brought me in to see him now. I have had headaches for years, but rarely go in to see a physician. He was "surgically precise" in his questions. I went into see my pcp a month or so ago with very severe headaches . Had to take a couple of days off. He asked about recent treatment (steroids and antibiotics), whether it helped, asked if anything in the past had helped. He looked at the ctscans with me, said the deviation and bone spur weren't severe, and said he could do surgery to correct it but the liklihood of it reducing the headaches was slim given what he'd seen before. He suggested seeing a neurologist as an option. He left the decision up to me though.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mowery. I have seen him several times for a couple of different problems. The receptionist & nurses are efficient & polite. I am never kept waiting too long before seeing the doctor. He has always been caring, concerned and patient with any questions I have had. Very knowledgeable and great with helping me understand what is involved with my issues. He does not beat around the bush and I like that about him.

Dr. Mowery was dismissive of our concerns about our child. He was condescending and short with us. We were referred to Dr. Mowery by our pediatrician, so some respect and more substantive conversation regarding the reason for our visit would have been appreciated. It is clear this doctor is more interested in billing cases than the patient experience.

Your typical MD - in a hurry and dismissive. Very obvious he is just trying to see as many patients as he can in a day. I was interrupted several times and had to make multiple attempts to make my concerns clear and get answers to my questions. Will not be seeing him again. Some doctors care and some are just trying to see as many patients as they can to make as much money as they can.

Loved the receptionist here. She was the most perfect receptionist I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. She should be the model for all receptionists and for what to look for in a receptionist. Dr. Mowery was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His room for improvement was that he was a little brash at times, but I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and that he answered all of my questions.

I really liked Dr Mowery , he has been the Best Dr I have seen in Tennessee ! He took a lot of time with me , answered all my questions , staff was excellent also !Didn't have to wait long took me right in ! I Highly Recommend Dr Mowery , he made me very comfortable and showed that he cared very much about many concerns I had. He was Great !!!

I waited for 45 minutes in the examining room to see Dr. Mowery. At one point he walked past the door, looked at me, and walked off. I left without ever seeing him. No one from the office even followed up to ask me why I left.
