absurdly bad experience
RUN. Do not even consider coming to this office/surgeon. The staff was completely misleading with pricing and the entire procedure. Once I arrived at the office I was told 4-6 different pricing. Nobody could answer any of my questions for over an hour about different types of filler, etc. they kept bringing the wrong syringe/filler type. They then informed us they didn’t even have the type of filler advertised and discussed. I waited for over an hour and was numbed then refused treatment for no valid reason other than expressing my concerns over nobody being able to give me transparent information on cost or type of filler. The paperwork I was continuously given was for a completely different procedure. This was the most bizarre and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. My cousin scheduled a sinus surgery and took off of work for one week. They called her the day before to cancel it for no reason after she already completed her pre-surgery procedures. Dr. Pippin and his staff were very friendly, concerned about keeping me waiting and focused on ensuring that I left happy with the overall outcome. Dr. Pippin diagnosed my condition within minutes, explained everything in terms I could understand and made sure my procedure was comfortable and successful. I believe is probably one of the best!

Dr. Greg Pippin and his staff are the best. I was experiencing problems with sleeping at night and loud snoring. Before seeing Dr. Pippin, I had a sleep study and briefly used a CPAP device. Unfortunately, that didn't help. I thought, "I need to have a good ENT doc look at me." Dr. Pippin came highly recommended by several of my medical friends. Today I am officially 2 weeks post-surgery and I've never felt better! My breathing and sleeping is much improved. Dr. Pippin is a true "craftsman" of his trade and takes great pride in his results. I had a sinuplasty w/ Dr. Pippin in summer of 2017. This has been a life changing experience. While the procedure was not fun to say the least, the results have been beyond worth it. For years I have been afflicted with getting sinus and chest colds/bronchitis for months on end every winter. Since my sinuplasty w/ Dr. Pippin, I have not been sick once!!! He first had me allergy tested, put me on a daily regimen of Xyzol, and recommended regular saline nasal rinsing. I can breathe now!!!
