Fantastic doctor! He gave me shots I barely even felt and also did my back surgery. Love him.

I was in awful pain after a double broken back, and could not get Dr. Rica to help with not even a few pain pill for my worst times in late evening. But for as a surgeon I think he's great and blessed with his hands.

I first visited Dr. Ricca shortly after the new year after many years of failed procedures from other doctors. I found doctor Ricca to be very personable as he spent more time with me than any other doctor I have visited. He took me step by step through my MRI results and found many issues not resolved including a past fusion that was not working properly. After a 6 hour surgery I feel like a new person. He is the best

Dr. Ricca is a very accomplished surgeon and a great person. My wife has chronic back problems and Dr. Ricca has performed four surgeries. He will take all the time it takes to fully explain the problems and possible solutions. His PA, Brandy, is also a very informative and knowledgeable perso.

I came to see Dr. Ricca after a bad experience with my first lower back surgery I was 7 months in to my 1st surgery when I ask Dr. Ricca to help me, long story short it was the best experience I have ever had, he explained everything to me in the first office visit and then a month later he done surgery and repaired the problems I had. I really feel than he is the reason I am not Disabled today. He also spent more time with me in the office than anyone ever has. I highly recommend Dr. Ricca

When I first went to see Dr. Ricca four years ago, I could barely move, I had trouble getting up from a chair. After getting an MRI and body scan, Dr. Ricca showed me just how bad my spine was. If I hadn't seen the MRI, I would never believed all the problems I had. Long story short, Dr. Ricca operated on my spine and put some rods in my back. It wasn't long after surgery that I was able to do things (like make my bed) that I hadn't been able to do in years. I am so grateful to Dr. Ricca.

Dr Ricca is amazing, there was a back log when I went for my appointment. Upon meeting him he told me I was a textbook case and should not take long. After he examined me he answered all questions and completely went over the procedure, he took as much time as was needed and I felt like that I was priority. This did not take long (HaHa) as he spent almost two hours with me. What a blessing to have found Dr Ricca.

Dr. Ricca is AWESOME; he has a God-given gift of mind and hands. Not only did I have almost- immediate relief following my 6-1/2 hour back surgery (lumbar fusions, spinal stenosis, spine instability, sciatic nerve), the surgery pain was minimal within a couple of weeks. But you MUST ABSOLUTELY follow the doctor's orders post-surgery; while not always pleasant (sitting straight in a hard chair was my worst, and NO smoking), it is for your own good and for a speedy recovery. Recommend: YES!!
