The best choice for the best care! If 10 stars were allowed, they would be well deserved.Every experience from day one was impressive. The calming effect of the simply decorated front office, the congenial, competent office staff, was just the beginning of the best care I received every time during the many months of my complex case. No waiting Promptly escorted to treatment room and Dr.R came in a few minutes later. Perfect scheduling, with same or next day appts. to address new situations. He instills a feeling of trust and confidence by communicating in a soft spoken, caring, reassuring way, making it clear that he would do everything possible to take care of me to my and his satisfaction.He is very professional, competent, a perfectionist, very patient, and uses the most updated equipment.I have many more months of treatment and surgeries ahead, but I GOT MY SMILE BACK, with just the temporaries! Excellent care, friendly, efficient staff. Nice atmosphere. Not a chaotic dental office like so many other offices in Sarasota.

Dr. Rutherford capped all my upper teeth, which were in bad shape. Now they look beautiful! The procedure took a long time (hours), but Dr. Rutherford and staff kept me comfortable. Dr. Rutherford is thorough and precise: the process made me realize how much attention to detail is required for measuring, shaping, and spacing the caps. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!?? I would recommend Dr. Rutherford to anyone without reservation. (He does general dentistry, as well.)
