Waited 4 hrs for a 15 minute procedure , had the appointment for a month and was going to call me 2/3 days before the day of the app. No call , wife called three time because of no return call. Found out the night before the procedure what time to be at hospital for the procedure . We was at the hospital At 9:45 for was told to be there at 10 am was told it would be a 2 hr procedure and we left the hospital at 2 pm. Was told the the nurse at the office did not write my appointment down and the they just had me come in as an add on. Just not happy with the service I got and laying waiting for 3 1/2 hrs.

Dr. Sainnoval and his staff exhibit the upmost professionalism and excellence! My unplanned procedure went more smoothly than I had hoped for, even cutting (no pun intended) into Dr. Sainnoval’s holiday plans ... fitting me in before he departed. Being apart of Okeechobee’s medical community, I admire Dr. Sainnoval’s (and his staff’s) commitment to their patients and their excellent care. My follow up was promptly schedule and his treatment protocol had my recovery time ahead of the norm. I would highly recommend his services!

Dr Sainnoval is one of the most knowledgeable and thorough Doctors I know. Very trustworthy and easy to talk to! His staff is very friendly as well and they work with you to try to get you seen sooner.

Dr. Sainnoval and his staff is amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and understood my medical care before leaving the office. The surgical follow up appointment was the same. Dr. Sainnoval explained the procedure in detail and what he found. If you are looking for an EXCELLENT surgeon who takes the time to listen and makes sure he speaks at your level for a better understanding then this is your SURGEON!!!

Doctor Sainnoval took the time to explain everything about my surgery to my family members and myself. He is a caring and compassionate doctor and an excellent surgeon. He was there when I needed him. His office staff are all courteous and professional.

I don't write reviews, but I have to write a review for Dr. Sainnoval my appendix ruptured on Father's Day, this amazing doctor took really good care of me, he is very kind, patient and he explains everything to you. I am 50 years old and had never experienced good service from a doctor and his office.

Dr. Sainnoval and his staff/office are very professional and pleasant. It is hard sometimes to find a doctor or a medical office that is professional and kind. I had a couple of scheduling conflicts and his office was patient with me and also communicated often with me, keeping me in the loop about any changes. I can tell they care about their patients, which is extremely important to me.
