Dr. Gregory Smith, MD

I go to Dr. Smith's office. Never have seen him. All I have seen is P.A's or N.P.'s. at his office. Will I ever see Dr. Smith?

Dr Smith is a excellent doctor I have been seeing him for years.

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. OFFICE. They are a sham and a fraud. They just want your medical payments, as they don’t care about their patients! My father called this office for assistance before he died! Yes. Died. They NEVER returned his call. Who does that?? Dr. Smith’s office operates like that! There must be a reason for the good reviews! $$. No way. RUN. Don’t look back at this office. I wish my father had!!

B4 selecting this medical office as your primary care ask the following: 1. What hospital are you affiliated with. 2. Can I schedule appts via phone. Does your office answer or return phone calls. 3. What is the average wait time. 4. Does Dr. Smith attend to patients or do physician assistants do the majority of the work. When is he in the office. Pls note the favorable reviews are very generic.

Over 3 hrs wait, when we have confirmed appointment, their waiting areas are always over flowing...its impossible to get a straight answer or get hold of anyone...very frustrating...3rd class treatment.

Dr. Smith as been my physician for over 30 years. He cares for many very complex patients( which is why his office runs slow at times). He cares for many patients that no one else wants as they are complex, time consuming and many have very few resources available to them. I truly trust him with my life.

Their staff and Doctors are so helpful,Dr Rebecca Jordon is a very good Doctor and Agnes,the Nurse and Crystal(Referral) are so helpful and caring.Thanks for the excellent service and care.

Dr. Smith is a very good, thorough, and patient internist who is rarely in the office, since he spends most of his time on hospital rounds - he also comes in late and is booked a couple months out. His staff is mostly made up of young nurses in training who are relatively clueless, and unfortunately, don't seem to be getting trained..... Getting appointments and schedules, medications, etc., correct is often a problem. Office staff are nice but are often just chatting amongst themselves.

I had a skin problem that sent me to the ER. I had my follow up appointment 3 days later. Waited forever for the Dr. To walk in and say it looks good. Turned and walked out. I had a fever at the time. He didn't address it. A few hours later I ended up back at the ER for the skin problem and fever. Horrible Dr!!!!

I called 5 times to schedule an appointment with the doctor and the front desk staff always ask for my info an each time they say theyll call me back when they verify my insurance and never call its a waste of time and frustrating worst place ever

Incompetent and lazy staff, especially the office manager and girls in front. No urgency when it comes to your health. They know nothing about basic care, let alone your medical diagnosis and the severity and complications that come with it. You'll wait weeks before you see a provider. Save yourself the grief and switch. You won't get the help you need here.

MY DOCTOR WORKS WITH DR. SMITH IN THE SAME OFFICE THERE ARE DIFFERENT DOCTORS BUT I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR DUE TO THIS DOCTORS OFF IS A JOKE THEY MAKE YOU WAS OVER TWO HOUR TO SEE A DOCTOR AND WHEN YOU ARE REALLY SICK THEY TELL YOU TO DO A WALK IN AND YOUR SITING THERE BASICALLY ALL DAY AND THEY THEY TELL YOU THE DOCTORS ARE LEAVING FOR LUNCH AND CANT SEE YOU SO WAITING THERE ALL DAY FOR NOTHING THIS PLACE IS JUST PATHETIC AND THE STAFF UP FRONT IS SO RUDE.
