Dr Stainer and his associates are excellent. However the office practices and employees are less than professional or proficient. Dr. Stainer is 5 star while his front office staff are 1-2 star.

He's very knowledgeable, and has a good staff. But wait times to get in are RIDICULOUS! It takes at least an hour of waiting (today was an hour and 40 minutes) to be seen (even if you arrive early or on time!). So if you go, don't schedule any other appointments for that day, nor expect to be able to go on your lunch break.

As a patient you are expected to "put up and shut up " or they threaten to take your surgery date away. You're to put up with being overcharged, bounced around like ping pong ball with appt dates, forgotten in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and being forced to use name brand eye drops that cost $200 a vial (there are 4 vials and you'll need at least 2 refills ). This was an awful experience and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people.

Terrible.....I have been a patient for about 15 years. They are not very flexible with their hours so I took off early and used comp time to take my 7 year old doctor into the office for her annual check up. I was told to fill out a slip and I was 8 minutes late (which I recorded on the slip). We then took a seat and waited. We waited for an hour. I proceeded to the front desk and asked them if they forgot us and they couldn't find my slip. Then accused me of lying about my arrival time. Rude...
