Unprofessional & Provocative
Intentionally instigated an argument with patient regarding scheduled in-house labs that weren't actually scheduled by staff. Unprofessional in lambasting patient.While it is certainly the patients responsibility for their own healthcare, this is not the practice to partner with in getting that care.

So helpful understood what needed to be said to keep everyone involved calm. I have never felt more confident with the care of a dr. I am sure that if I saw him at the wawa he would remember my name and shake my hand. That is the way its supposed to be.

Dr. Stiefel is the best doctor I have ever seen for myself in 47 years! He is patient, attentive--really spends time and listens! Calm demeanor...you leave feeling good about the quality of care and concern for your health! Highly recommend!
