Sketchy “surgery room” and all around isn’t professional. He did a skin graph on my fingers that didn’t take and he knew after the first week but kept calling me in for check ups Weekley for a 2min appointment after the 4th week told me I needed my bone ground down. Never went back never got a check up call just calls wanting more money

Dr Tobin is amazing and so is his staff! He is so patient and really takes his time with you. He’s always available if you have any concerns at all. His office staff are as well so friendly. wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband used Dr. Tobin for his first surgery and was satisfied. Tobin was friendly and helpful. The problem came when he needed another surgery, which insurance denied. Dr. Tobin's staff told us Tobin's policy is not to help with insurance denials. Any patient knows you must have the doctor's help or else you don't have a chance getting a denial overturned. What could have taken Tobin 10 minutes on the phone with insurance turned into my husband having to find another surgeon and start over. This policy shows that Tobin doesn't care enough to help his patients fight for insurance approval. This fact alone makes us say- never again will we use him.

Dr. Tobin is a caring man in the right field. He wants to make sure you have the outcome you want. Great bedside manner, he makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is great!! Please get a consult with him first before going anywhere else. He did an implant and breast lift on me which turned out wonderful, it had been botched by a different Dr in his area. Go to him, you will not regret it!!

Very sad. I felt like there was no heart in the matter. I was so excited after many years of living in the shadows. This was an opportunity to finally be happy. Feel good about myself.. It went extremely wrong. However, I was actually laughed at when I brought attention to the work that was done and not right. Just quoted me a price to fix what had been done wrong. They acknowledged that the situation wasn't a good one. Basically told me as an example... If someone has an ugly nose.. They just have to live with it . No empathy like you would imagine a plastic surgeon to have. They are taking in their hands very delicate situations. Hurtful to the core. I cant live this way.

Extremely expensive. Checked 7 other dermatologists and he charged more than six. I used specific codes to compare. He thinks he is "competitive." And his nurse/assistant did the procedures. He did nothing other than look.

I went for breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Tobin and I LOVE the outcome!! I felt good about my choice to go see Dr. Tobin from my first call. The lady who answered his phone was so nice and gave me all the information I needed to feel good about seeing him. When I got there, the office was beautiful and the ladies made me feel welcome. Dr. Tobin and his nurse spent time with me and I was able to "try on" implants until I felt good about the size I chose. I love Dr. Tobin and my boobs!!

I went in for a consultation. Dr. Tobin and his nurse made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tobin understood the look I wanted and I felt very good about scheduling surgery with him.

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Tobin and wouldn't trust plastic surgery to anyone else. I actually travelled from St. Louis to Cape, just to have a tummy tuck done by Dr. Tobin. His staff is professional and friendly. Appointments are always on time - and they take the time to talk with you about the procedures and any questions you may have. The surgery center is conveniently located in the same building - so it makes everything efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Tobin and his staff.

Dr. Tobin and his entire staff are very proffesional and so very pleasant. They make me feel like every office visit is valued.
