I have known Dr Vorhoff for 30 years, and been his patient for the past 15 years or so. He is calm, supportive, and listens. I have had other doctors tell me that the symptoms I have "cannot be happening" because I am the first patient to report such. Dr Vorhoff treats me like an individual, not like a subject in a study with 1000s of subjects. I recommend Dr Vorhoff to those who want a good, well-trained cardiologist who has many years of experience, and a who is caring, thorough, and skilled in his specialty.

Dr. Vorhoff is one of my favorites for sure. He takes the time to talk to me and to listen. He’s also very competent. When I had a problem with swollen ankles, he solved it immediately. I like him and have faith in him.

Just yesterday Dr. Vorhoff performed a cardioversion procedure to correct the A-Fib problem that I have been dealing with for a few months. The procedure went perfectly and he kept my daughter updated during my recovery. Dr Vorhoff is a outstanding cardiologist and I am grateful that he was referred to me by my primary care physician.

Dr. Vorhoff earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. In 1982 he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Tulane. Dr. Vorhoff also completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Tulane in 1984.
