Would not recommend
I would not recommend. The office does not accept Credit Cards for payments so I forced to do an HSA reimbursement what a pain! Dr. Grant asked me several times during the exam 'What's this?' very concerning as I have a history of skin cancer in my family and I was there to receive a full screening. Comically of of the things she inquired about where on parts of my body that I could not see unless I was a yoga instructor!

Not as thorough as I would have hoped for.
I would say on the negative side. Staff seems to be confused about co-payments. They said there was no co-payment for a biopsy then months later they change and say there is a co-payment. What I went there for could have been seen and diagnosed three years earlier before the cancer got into the dermis (lower layer of skin). I had to bring this up, it was not found the first time even though my chief issue was on my head. When visiting a dermatologist I would expect that they would check a patients' body areas subject to sun exposure and decide if a biopsy is warranted.

Money Hungry Ok Dermatologist
Dr. Grant is a fine dermatologist, she was pleasant during our interactions. She is however, very much trying to milk the system to make as much money as possible. She makes everything a separate appointment when in reality it could be combined. Standard procedure is a check in and a biopsy all in one, but she makes those two separate appointments. Then, she wanted me to come in a third time just to have measurements taken and then was going to refer me to a separate doctor for the actual procedure. Save yourself the time and just go to a doctor that actually does the Mohs procedure if that why you're making the appointment. What could have easily been 2 appointments total, one biopsy and one for surgery, has turned into 4, initial visit, biopsy, measurements, then referral to an alternate doctor for the actual procedure. Also, Gr. Grant only takes cash or check, further supporting that she in just in this to make as much money as possible.

Very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Grant. As a new patient was able to get in quickly. She is friendly and knowledgable. Only downside is waiting room time. Can be an hour.

NEVER GO HERE. If I could give this woman negative stars, I would. First of all, I waited a full hour past when my appointment was supposed to start, spent 3 minutes with her, and it gets much worse from there. And don't get me wrong - she isn't slow because she cares, she's slow because she overbooks patients like crazy for no reason. The appointment itself - I had at least 20 small spots I needed checked out. Dr Grant looked at 2, and immediately started putting liquid nitrogen on them without asking me ANYTHING about them. I literally couldn't get a word in to ask why. She asked where the rest where after doing 2, and when I said they were all over my legs she didn't put liquid nitrogen on anything else. Then, proceeds to write me THREE prescriptions with zero information on any, tells me good luck, and walks right out. I'm so angry about how this appointment went.

Although it was quite a while ago, she was treating my child for molluscum caseosm. (Not positive I've spelled it perfectly). It was absolute torture. She would put on medicine and within 24 hours my child had blisters larger than 50 cent pieces. Swollen and filled, eventually during the week they would open. We had to keep her wrapped from under arm to waist in gauze with polysporin. It went on for weeks until I couldn't bring myself to bring her there anymore. Next doc froze them off. EZ.

Dr.Grant was wonderful with me and my daughter- I met with her for the first time last week and she made me feel very comfortable, answered numerous questions and went out of her way to work with my pharmacy to make sure I was given the prescription that met my needs AND my budget. We love her!! Her staff was so kind too, especially the receptionist!!

Very please as a new patient I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. Reception was courteous and professional. Very please with the doctor's level of care and knowledge. I was very comfortable and the nurse was exceptional. After 1st treatment, there was a noticeable improvement. It was not necessary to make a follow up appointment,

Would not recommend this Dr. or office. To begin with the front desk staff was very pushy and rude. Made a 3pm appointment and ended up sitting and waiting in a very packed waiting room for over an hour. This is a regular thing as she is always over booked and cant keep up. When the doctor came in was very fast and didn't even see more for more then 3 min. was barley able to get 2 words out. worst experience ever
