Receptionist had a attitude and denied me an appointment soon when I told her I don’t have no kids that go there nor a pediatrician for him and he is due for his first set of shots

I came for my second visit today for my son who is a two years old and who is at risk for ASD. We came 10 minutes early and we waited patiently. A patient had come in after us and was called in when it was actually our turn to go in. I didn't mention anything because I thought they had their reasons, although it should have been our turn. I tried to be patient. My son started to cry because doctor offices make him feel uncomfortable. I comforted him for 30 minutes as we were waiting to be called. Once we were called, we were let in to a room spray with disinfectant spray very similar to lysol. For those who know about Lysol, it has a very strong scent. the staff had just sprayed the room and expected us to stay in a room full of lysol. My son did not wear a mask so for him the scent is way too strong. They didn't try to accommodate us. They made me feel like we had to deal with it. I asked for another room but they didn't have any openings. We literally waited in the hallway then told
