My father was prescribed medication for depression and anxiety. He was also prescribed Xanax for anxiety. He is 71 years old, has muscular dystrophy and falls almost daily, and he should NOT be prescribed Xanax. My dad has been taking these medications for a month now, and he feels worse than he did before. I have been trying to contact him for four days now. I’ve left countless messages and no one has returned my calls or called my dad back. I am worried and I know he shouldn’t just stop taking any of these meds due to withdrawal complications. I’m getting extremely upset. Their office hours are absolutely absurd. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1-4 pm. Ridiculous.

He never speaks to me when I try to talk about any problems, just gives me medicine and sends me out the door. Every now and then he adds a special stipulation or changes something about my prescription without informing me and then I spend all day to no avail trying to get ahold of him.
