As a retired gastroenterology RN having worked in this specialty for 24 years, there is no one I would recommend more highly than Dr. Reddy, his associates, and PA Laura P. I have been seeing them for many years and have known him since he first started his practice. He is simply put…the best. His endoscopy facility rates at the top in Texas and Houston, and I have never been less than totally impressed and thankful for their expertise and ease with which they perform their services and go way above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere. His office and endoscopy center are together so there is a beautiful simplicity for patients and employees and he is involved in all aspects of gastroenterological care. They make your care what it should be…comfortable and reassuring in every way.

my experience with dr reddy and office staff first time patient was ok but doctor itself doesn't have any good bed side manners and he not caring, very inconsider and un concern about health .staff member call me last minute at 6:30 in even let me know I have resch my surgery cause dr reddy didn't call insurance company to give peer to peer .so in all whole staff and doctor is horrible place go and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go see him not professional at all .

The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. His assistant answered all my questions. I have not met Dr Reddy but I am looking forward to excellent care during my colon procedure in July.

Me and my husband have both been seeing Dr. Reddy for many years. Him and his staff are very professional and friendly. He takes the time to answer your questions and doesn't try to rush you out. If he is not available his PA Laura is there to assist us and both me and my husband are very comfortable with her. She's very good as well.

Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful! The OR nurses were kind and cheerful. I was cold & a little nervous about the procedure and they made me comfortable and gave me warm blankets. They also let my husband come back while I was waiting for the procedure! Afterwards Dr. Reddy (he is awesome) came and explained everything he did and the outcome.

The staff was friendly. I arrived for 7:45 check in made it to the back at about 9:10. I received a text in regards to me waiting. Once in the back things move pretty quickly. Received phone call after procedure. All in all it was a very good visit.

THIS LAST VISIT I HAD A FOLLOW-UP UPPER G.I. AND HAD DR.TESFAY ON THE 12-28...I REQUESTING EARLY APPT , AND THE OFFICE CONTACTED ME SAYING I WAS THE 1ST PATIENT SCHEDULED ON THAT DAY??ARRIVED AT 730AM FOR MY 9AM APPT..I GOT IN AT 915 ?? ON THE BOARD SCREEN DR. TESFAY HAD OTHER PATIENTS SHE WAS WORKING ON?? I ADDRESSED TO RECEPTION...THEY GIGGLED?? VERY UPSET TO BE LIED TO.....SPOKE TO DR. TESFAY ALSO AFTER PROCEDURE ABOUT MY SCHEDULED APPT THAT DAY...SHE SAID RECEPTION SCHEDULE HER APPTS??
