Excellent MD; hard to get in; could be friendlier
Very logical and thorough. Excellent judgment. Helpful. She responds to questions submitted on the portal on the same day. I would give her five stars, EXCEPT since she is booked months in advance and she refers many issues to specialists, it can take three months to resolve a problem that could have been resolved in days or weeks. She makes little effort to know me as a person (occupation, interests, family, etc.). No small talk. It would be helpful if Dr. Sandhu had a warmer personality but no lost stars since she is still effective.
