GREAT DOCTOR!
I have seen Dr. Lo since he first opened his practice at Quick Care. I think he is great. He doesn't try to talk you into a million tests to make money. The nurse always comes in first to take your vitals and temp., Then Dr. Lo would come in talk to me to see how I was feeling, how my meds were working and see if there were any new complaints. He is to the point and took care of me for almost 40 years and was suggested by Dr. Labeau who I use to see before he moved. I feel bad because he isn't at Quick Care anymore and I haven't found a new doctor yet.

NO! Dr Lo used to be a fairly good doctor - now Dr Lo only cares about money. No worries - if you go to Quick Care / Northern Med Center you will not see a doctor or physicians assistant - you will see a nurse. Do yourself a favor and find someone / somewhere else.

First - I am not that elderly, so I don't go in unless necessary. The clinic is both a walk-in as well as primary care, so wait times are ridiculous. At one visit I was there for 3 hours of which most of that time I was waiting to see someone. Every visit has been a minimum of 1 1/2 hours wait time, even when it was for a prescription refill...no tests needed. When I needed return phone calls, I didn't receive them until 2-3 days later. One I considered rather important - super high blood pressure for 2 days and new medication. I pay all of my medical the day of the visit, which is fine, but then I receive bills for additional stuff months later with no explanation. The staff, nurses and Dr. Lo are very, very nice on a personal level and really do seem to care, but you can't run a medical clinic like this. Either hire more staff or drop the walk-in. They can't do both effectively. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 8 months. I finally had to switch providers.

Good luck seeing the Dr. They won't make an appointment. They shuffle the practitioners around, so you never have a chance to get familiar with anyone. I asked the receptionist to have the doctor give me a call if they weren't able to make an appointment, and they send me a letter stating that I didn't follow their rules of conduct. My experience over the last 3 years is that they focus on money, not medical service.

Do not recommend DR Low for anything. He was very unprofessional and childish. He wants his money and that is it, he does not care about people.
