The office was very helpful with my billing questions and payment. Got in on time. Dr. Igel is a great doctor, ive been going to him for 38 yrs and completely trust him. He is very good at explaining things so that I can understand them ND gives you an honest opinion when you ask him.

I absolutely love coming to Dr. Igel's office. I have been a patient for a long time and have never felt like my concerns weren't being heard. The office staff is so friendly and relatable, I love them! There is little to no wait time and everything is done efficiently.

I've been going to Dr. Igel for several years now and he is a professional. He is great at his job and has a great personality to go with his expertise. He almost always has students which I think shows that he is dedicated to helping others not just his patients. He is always very considerate and makes sure that you are comfortable. He is honest as is his staff which most have been with him for several years as well. I always recommend him to any one who asks my opinion. I trust what he tells me and try to follow his instructions. I think he is a great doctor.

I’m a new patient of Dr. Igel let’s say that he knows what he is doing , yes he straight forward and doesn’t sell you any sweet little lies if that’s what your looking for he’s not going to be up your alley, so how ever he definitely is an old school kind of dr with a sense of humor , yes he does have students there but they have to start somewhere but he is with them during the visit but over all the staff there are awesome looking forward to get pregnant soon or later with his help ..... I've been a patient of Dr. Igel for over 20 years. He and his team are very helpful and truly listen to any concerns you may have and answer your questions. I have never felt rushed or unheard. The office staff is friendly and provide exceptional service.

I have been a patient for 30 years. He listened when 2 other doctors would not. Simple surgery took care of a problem that was causing horrible pain. He has a dry sense of humor. Maybe some people don't like that. I can handle that when I get great care over 3 decades! I like straight talk. What will I do when he retires? Hopefully that won't be any time soon.

Love Love Robin the nurse practitioner! I usually always see her . Robin is VERY thorough and takes her time with you! I highly recommend this place!

Terrible Experience with this office: I made my initial appointment with Dr. Igel's office a few weeks ago. They gave me incorrect urine test results (they implied that I was a drug addict). I have a PhD in engineering, and had been trying for years to get pregnant. They wasted 3 hours of my afternoon to give me incorrect test results (45 min drive time each way). They tested again, and everything was fine. They discharged me from their office because they said that I refused care! Unbelievable!

Office staff is rude, the MA is rude, the office doesn't check birthdate and doesn't wear gloves when drawing labs. Dr Igel had the worst bedside manner, no empathy for what I was going through. He only gave excuses for the office staff without saying sorry or offering any type of compassionate response to me.

Horrible experience they refused to see me after I have had 2 miscarriages and finally was able to carry a baby. I went to the hospital and found out I was pregnant scheduled an apt explained that I was 15 weeks they still proceeded with scheduling my apt. After they received my record from the hospital I got a phone call stating they were refusing to see me because I was 15 weeks. The lady who answered the phone was really rude when try to get why they didn't want to see me.
