Dr. Guy Mioton Jr, MD

I am so sorry that we are not going to have Doctor Mioton with us anymore. He treated me for 12 years. I had a heart attack then and he came to the er and told me that I was having a heart attack and not to worry because he was going to take care of me so he installed 2 stints and I am 100% well now. There is only one Doctor MIoton and he will be missed by so many people.

Dr Mioton is such an amazing dr made my wife and I feel relaxed. Very detailed and informative made sure to answer all of our questions and to understand them

Dr. Mioton has been my cardiologist for more than a decade . He is very knowledgeable , takes his time to discuss every single details of your visit. Compasionate and with excellent skills

Obviously, the top in his class for medical abilities, but more than that, Dr. Mioton has excellent doctor-to-patient manners.

Dr. Mioton is am amazing Cardiologist that has been instrumental in my heart health, which is better now than ever. I am saddened to see him leave Ascension Health but I am confident that though he will not be there he has still taken the initiative to make sure his patients will be taken care of. I already have my next appointment set up with a Cardiologist that he recommended so I know I will be in good hands. We will truly miss him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mioton since 2014 and he was my mom's doctor for years before she passed away and he is my dad's heart doctor also. He is a very caring doctor. He always makes sure you understand what he is telling you. He goes over everything with you. Never makes you feel like it is something you have done wrong. His whole staff is very friendly. I've never had to wait long to see him. He's not one of those doctors that holds the door know the whole time he is in the room. I've never had a doctor give their own personal cell phone number, but he did, in case was I. Need for anything. When I went in to the emergency depth one night and they said I was in the middle of having a blood clots go thru my heart. So I was headed to surgery and he took the time to show my husband where to wait for him to come out and calmed my husband. All I can say is Dr. Mioton is the GREATEST!!

Dr. Mioton took time to explain everything thoroughly, asking me questions, and really listening. The visit was not rushed, and on time. I highly recommend him!

Dr . Mioton is an excellent Cardiologist as I was a new patient when I went to my appointment. I have been to several other Cardiologist as we have lived in different areas. Dr. Mioton was knowledgeable about my condition on first visit and listened to my concerns, he went over my my blood work and explained everything clearly about my heart condition. Also that d/t the cardiac tests done, reassure me that my heart was fine. I was so relieved & he was so reassuring for me & my husband. He answered my questions directly & w/o judgement.
