I have gone to Dr. Libby since she came to Pendleton. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. She is caring, and since I have several medical issues, she is so good and keeping on top of my issues and calls me to see how a treatment is working. She never rushes me and is never rude. I have recommended several people and they all say the same thing.

Doesn't care, is condescending
I've been seeing her for several months and each time I went in it's like she doesn't remember my treatment plan or diagnosis, and she diagnosed me with my main health issue. Then I went in complaining that the symptoms of my illness are causing me problems and she treated me like I was drug seeking. Don't go to this doctor!

Unprofessional and rude
Dr. Libby seems to be very full of herself. She spent very little time actually listening to my problems and a lot of time telling me hervopinion on how I should live my life. I went home more confused then when I went in. She was also very rushed and acted like she had more important things to do instead of care for me. I do not recommend her to anyone and I will be switching to a new doctor that is willing to spend time with me and isn’t always in such a rush.

Dr. Libby has been an excellent PCP for my wife and me. She has been very caring, very knowledgeable and has given us excellent service. I highly recommend her.
