First: Dr. Lisella is a bit quirky. She isn't a stuffy MD, but a real person...who listens to you. She is engaged with clients who engage with her. She knows treatment is long and tiring, and does offer ways to combat that. Her team of techs are outstanding. They are compassionate, understanding and professional. My only complaint are office wait times . She needs more time between patients. As she will stay with a patient who has questions, it often pushes her time, so you are left waiting.

Poor communication skills, shows NO interest in patients' comfort, NO empathy, NO concern for patients' dignity... far too many negatives to list here. Would NOT recommend.
