Dr. H Krishna Susarla, MD

I went for a physical with this doctor Hari Krishna Susarla in December. I provided my insurance prior to the visit and was advised I would not have any charges due to just coming in for yearly physical and routine blood draw. I am now receiving bills for $511 just for a yearly physical and blood draw. My spouse went to a different doctor at Kelsey because she wanted a female doctor. She got the same exact tests and had to pay $90 total. After months of trying to resolve the issue the hospital is telling me they can’t compare the charge codes because of HIPA laws there has been no resolve from the doctors office. However, as a patient and customer it makes no sense why I would be charged $511 for the same service my spouse was charged $90 for under the same insurance. This doctor and his office are SCAMMING. Highly encourage you to seek other doctors!

I have been seeing Dr. Susarla for several years, and I have been consistently happy with the way he cares for his patients. He is so thorough when answering questions that he ends every visit asking if he has answered all the questions I had. I’m one of those people whose default is that I don’t like doctors, but even I like Dr. Susarla!

Dr Susarla refused to refill my BP meds, and made no attempt to contact me or follow up. I made several attempts and was denied with no attempt to contact me.

worst experience we ever had, doctor is very commercial and worry about his business rather than patients care, we are out of coverage and had no medication and doctor and medical assistant refused to provide medication renewal and started to lie that prescription is sent to Pharmacy but which was not sent. called many times but they are very reluctant to sent the prescription unless another appointment made to the doctor. Would not recommend, try better doctor who really cares about patient.

Dr Susarla is very thorough and informative. He takes his time with patients and he is very good. He does a great job of explaining problems and treatment options. He is clearly REALLY smart yet easy to follow. I had diagnosis that often takes 2 years of testing before the answer is known-it took him 2 visits.

The place was very clean and very nice, I wish I could say the same about the staff. Called early morning/afternoon called no response, called on my way to this place and NOTHING. Once I get to the location and explain to them my systems the lady tells me no appointments available you should of called. She suggested I see a the ER like I have the money for that& then later asked me what type of insurance I had & gave me a look like I was a peasant. I hope the DR isnt the same as the receptionist
