Called Dr. Firoz's office for a change in the prescription from FreeStyle Libre 2 to FreeStyle Libre 3 on Thursday at noon, Friday afternoon, Monday, Tuesday and again on Wednesday. Same response, communicated to Dr. Firoz then nothing happens. Irresponsible patient care.

outstanding physician
Dr Firoz is the best doctor I've come across in the Folsom area. He is refreshingly caring and thorough in his examinations and diagnoses. He provide the time necessary to respond to all questions. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I'v 88 years old and have experience with many internists/primary care physicians. He is superior.

Doesn’t listen to patient
Staff is unfriendly, hours available are limited, PA misinterpreted test results, doesn’t take the time to listen to patient, doesn’t get to root of the problem, billing didn’t credit my payment for months and kept sending me late notices when I’d already paid and they had cashed the check! Overall inept and lacking in interpersonal communication as well as taking the time to talk to patient. Dismissive and condescending.

We were patients of Dr Fiiroz until he left Mercy Medical. When they called to cancel my appointment, I insisted they give me information as to where he was going Then I insisted they send him a note from me. About 2 weeks later I got a phone call that Dr Firoz had opened a practice in Folsom. I Googled him and, changed to a PPO so we can see him again and bye bye Dignity on Dec 31. My guess why he left is patients can never get in to see their doctor except f/u appts not sick Susan Schueler

Dr. Firoz is the best primary care doctor that I have ever had the pleasure of being his patient. He was quick to diagnose my problem and acted fast to get me in to the correct specialist. My other doctors who also care for me were quite impressed with him also. I was so sorry when he left to go into private practice, but so thankful that he didn't leave before I was on the way to recovery.

Been a pt of Dr. Firoz for several years now. He’s leaving Mercy as of 09/12/18. Hope it’s his idea as I find him honest, straight forward with good communication skills. SO, what do we do now? Phone lines tied up at ‘Mercy’ and the “Portal” has dropped him like a hot rock!
