My experience with this doctor was that I was not being heard, I was pushed to try various testing which were extreme and a waste of time, and terrible communication via portal. I ended up switching providers because it was wasting my time.

If Zero Stars Was An Option
Want a complete lack of care, poor service, zero communication and to waste your time? Run to Kaiser and this doctor. When you arrive, you won’t be told where to go, you’ll scramble to make your appointment and even if you get to the check in counter within your 10 minute window you’ll be denied because your doctor is still with another patient. Then you’ll be told there’s nothing anyone can do and that your appointment will need to be rescheduled even after going through the hassle of what is dealing with Kaiser and this poorly managed office. Stay away at all costs!
