The visits were prompt and professional . The Doctor is awesome. She worked with me to order a Cosentyx medication thru the Novartis patient assistance program. I have waited over 6 months after the rigorous approval process. Have even during that time have visited the office to plead for assistance with this matter. My Provider informed me today that for the last four months SaludVIP has been sending the order to Walmart pharmacy at a co pay of 1600 dollars. If the Prescribing authorizer would have called the right number 4 months ago, i would not be in the pain and suffering i have gone thru. Psoriasis and Arthritis is raging.

This review is based on my initial intake with Dr. Careasquillo in Sanford, in her position with VIPcare Healthcare. Dr. Carrasquillo presents as professional, personable, and attentive. The intake was not rushed. She maintained good eye-contact throughout, and provided and elicited feedback as warranted. She answered all questions, providing explanations and suggestions regarding lab results and current medical conditions. The office and nursing staff are friendly, courteous, and competent!

She is the best family medicine doctor in Kissimmee. I would recommend her to anyone.

the dr has never solved my problem come with problems of dizziness tension vomito imbalance I send some pills for tension which never controlled my problem I asked a referral for an otoringonaringologist and never resolved since he simply told me that the nurse was responsible for search and make the appointment when I already had a specialist who was waiting for the referral who never gave me the referral and continued in the same situation and I have visited the emergency room on several occas

She was very nice with me took good care of me make sure that I has my Medince and see all my speacilist, and also any test or X-rays Or MRI to be done she was over on top of things we needed to have more Dr like her around I has only 2 Dr in the 20 year I have in Kissimmee Fl one l don't know we're She pratrice now and the other retired I really going to miss her to bad they do not take florida blue not leavening by choice yes I will recommend her 100% Lucia Rodriguez ( patience)

Appointment was at 11:30 -was seen at 1:30. She never said anything about the long wait. Consultation was very quick and impersonal. I explained a few of my concerns, after a quick talk she sat in the computer and never again made eye contact. Main reason for my visit was pain in my legs when I get up and try to walk. She said yes it was arthritis. Never asked any other symptom or question. Quickly left not before letting me know she was late for her lunch brake!! Horrible. My vet is nicer!
