Poor service

Disorganized, long wait time. Was told need to make a 5-6 months appointment ahead to meet with Dr. Chen Haifun. Lot of times if you do not want to wait you have to see the rest of his associates which is not in par with Dr. Chen especially when compared with the meticulous and details, in which I truly believe this has to do with the upbringing of his character and his clinic is doing well just because of his sole contribution. Too much turnover in the administration, that makes things very disorganized. As my wife trying to get a urine report for the homecare have to wait for 3 hours, because the person supposed to do filing never did his/her job. as it took them hours to search for the report and I notice they have more staff than other clinics but they only operate at 50% efficiency, which causes unusually long wait time for all visiting patients. Since they told my wife have to wait for 5 to 6 months to consult Dr Chen, I rather switch her to another family doctor.

A week ago, I went the office to see the report and wait for few hours, they charge me $40. and medicines cost me over $600. After I ate medicine, I got diarrhea. Today I went back to them regarding to medicine, front desk service so so so bad. I waited there over two hours, and they charge me $30 again. $30 just to change medicine? They gave me wrong medicine, so who need to pay medicine money? I strongly don't suggest you go there. There has a lot of Intern Doctor, not professional.

First time and last time! Physician assistants are so rude!!! Not only when I was at their office but also when I called. One of them even hung up on me!!! I had a physical exam and my EKG came back abnormal but no one contacted me. I had to call them find it out.
