I rate her 1 star only because 0 is not an option. I have been an RM for over 20 years and have never seen a doctor so negligent. In person this physician is difficult to communicate with because of the language barrier. It is impossible to communicate over the phone. She does not really look into the pt history and only treats symptoms and not the underlying problems. She does not respect the pts opinion and definitely does not listen to the family. Worst doctor ever!
