Dr. Hal Gerstein qua treating hematologist
I had multiple blood clots in my legs. I was hospitalized. My brother who is a retired doctor, insisted I use Hal Gerstein as my treating hematologist I could not have gotten better advice. Dr. Gerstein may well have saved my life and he definitely saved me a long burdensome recovery that had been predicted for me in the hospital. Lastly, but not least important...Dr. Gerstein could teach other doctors about something they apparently do not teach in medical school...Great bedside manner.
